ProRank International^® has created this privacy statement in order to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices for the ProRank Baseball Services and ProRank Health & Fitness web sites.  ProRank^® abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union. Upon reading this privacy statement, you will know:

ProRank^® Information Privacy Policies

ProRank International^® is the sole recipient of the information it gathers from visitors to our websites, and we are 100% committed to protecting the privacy of this information. We will NEVER share this information with any outside party without your written consent unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process.

Summary data about visits to our sites are routinely collected by our web hosting provider ( iPowerWeb Inc., 3435 Ocean Park Blvd,
Santa Monica, CA  90405-3311 ). These data are used to count page hits, log IP addresses, identify browser types and time zones, and determine general system capabilities at the user's end.  We periodically examine this information to determine if changes should be made to the way in which content is made available on our websites.  We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.  In other words, a user’s session can be tracked, but the user always remains anonymous.

We provide email links on all site pages to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message and try to reply promptly. If you contact us in this manner, we use your email address only to respond to these questions or comments. We may, however, file your comments in order to improve the site and it's offerings.

We also provide an opportunity for users to voluntarily opt-in to our free newsletter service. In order to do so, you must provide us with your email address via a subscription form that appears on our web pages. We maintain a database of these email addresses, but we NEVER allow anyone else to access or use this database in any way. From time-to-time, we send promotional notices to the email addresses on our customer list and/or our newsletter list.  We don't do that very often, and you can opt-out of receiving these promotional mailings if you wish.

There is a  "remove" link on all of our promotional mail-outs and newsletters. Clicking that link will automatically and permanently delete your email address from our database.  We respect your right not to receive such material if you prefer not to, and we guarantee immediate processing of all such removal requests.

If you decide to purchase one of our fantasy/rotisserie services, talent identification services, or player development services, you will be linked to a PayPal payment form where you can choose to pay using either your PayPal account or a credit card. The payment forms are delivered to your web browser by a secure server, and the information you supply is processed in encrypted form by PayPal's payment processing system.  We do not have access to this information in any way or at any time.

Our sites contain links to products and services on other sites, and these links contain tracking codes that tell our partner sites you linked to them via one of the ProRank^® sites.  If you subsequently purchase a product or service from the partner site, the tracking information is used to allocate a commission to ProRank^® for acting as a conduit for the transaction. ProRank^® chooses its partners carefully, but we are not responsible for the way in which information is handled by our partner sites.  We encourage customers to review the privacy policies of these sites prior to making purchases if they have concerns.
